Two students who were selected to represent Webster at the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Conference All-State in Rochester, held November 30-December 3.
Renowned Jazz Musician Visits HF-L
In December, the HF-L High School Jazz Ensemble was fortunate enough to be visited by renowned jazz musician, Vanessa Collier. Collier gave an hour and half masterclass on jazz where she improvised for and with multiple students on several jazz standards such as Mr. PC, Watermelon Man, and Blue Bossa.
