Since 2016, more than 3,500 students from the Greater Rochester region have joined together for “Student Summits on Race” to engage in facilitated dialogue with peers and address topics such as privilege, implicit bias, racial equity, and social justice.
On Friday, November 22, 500+ students will gather for the 9th Summit, presented by the Pittsford Central School District. Participants will address racism in society and develop action plans for their respective school groups.
